As a Leader and Managing Director with nearly 30 years of diverse experience spanning industries such as Marketing, Design, IT Digital Adoption, Software Development, Manufacturing, Retail, Construction, and Real Estate Investment, I’ve cultivated strategic partnerships that drive sustained success.
Now, I am channeling my expertise and energy into passion projects that ignite my love for Communications and Development. My mission is to lead growth by:

I am deeply grateful to my colleagues, mentors, friends, and family for their unwavering support throughout my career. It has been an incredible journey of meeting extraordinary people, achieving significant milestones, and savoring every moment.
As I continue this journey with my group of companies, I am committed to pushing boundaries in creative communications and delivering innovative business solutions. My experience has not only shaped me as a dedicated leader but also as someone passionate about driving transformation and growth within the business community.

For Over 10 Years Danijel was my boss, friend, business partner and a life coach. With Danijel I’ve learned more then any period of my entire life. He inspired and trained me so many different ways. Danijel has been always humble and honest. When I went through the divorce I thought the life is over. I felt so down and though I was literally by myself but I wasn’t, Dan was always there for me. Now I’m a father of 2 year old boy Robert and husband to my beautiful wife Speranta. Dan has entrepreneurial spirit and can start and run any business. But not only run, make it successful as well. Because of him I’m a business owner right now. We share an adventures spirt, together we went travel, skiing, shooting, partying, staring a new crazy business, playing poker, flying helicopter, riding motorcycles, went to hockey/football games, ATV, driving exotic cars etc. you name it, we did it! I have also know him as a great father of 2 boys and fantastic husband. Over the years he showed that family is a number one priority in your life and you have to take care of first.

Danijel has been a fundamental part of my growth as a Business Owner. When I first started painting, Danijel was the first contractor which introduced me to commercial painting. After I ventured into my own company, whenever I needed a pep talk, or some valuable advice, Danijel was there for me. He never looked at me as competition or I was going to steal work from him, he rather saw me as an up-and-coming contractor which he wanted to give a helping hand. He has been a benchmark of success to me along the years, and I am thankful for the advice he has shared with me along the way.
I Worked with Danijel thru Bite-Tech my prior employer. I serviced Danijel and his team for a couple of years servicing their IT needs before Danijel approached me and offered to recruit me to work directly with him. At the time I was looking to leave Bite-tech and had two job offers. I accepted Danijel’s offer to work with him and his team. Danijel encouraged me and supported start Isparksolutions.com. Help get started with offering me contracts with related companies and from there I build a great company with lots of clients! Decade later I’m a successful self employed with a different mindset! I always think back about what if I took one of the other offers. Where would I been now?
Danijel has impacted my life just from the person he is. He is always considerate and kind and very driven. Anytime I needed something done, Danijel was always there to do it. He radiates good energy and always is a step ahead, there hasn’t been a time where he wasn’t. Danijel is someone you can count on and will always have your back.
