Now, I am channeling my expertise and energy into passion projects that ignite my love for Communications and Development. My mission is to lead growth by:

Creating a Growth Mindset Culture, Clarifying Vision and Setting Clear Goals, Offering Constructive Feedback, Empowering and Delegating Effectively, Providing Advisory and Support, Promoting Collaboration and Peer Learning, Recognizing and Rewarding Growth, Cultivating Emotional Intelligence, Challenging Comfort Zones, Being Adaptable and Open-Minded.

I believe that leading others to grow means fostering an environment where community members, partners, colleagues, and staff feel inspired, supported, and empowered to continuously learn and evolve. My role as a leader is to clear obstacles, offer guidance, and create meaningful opportunities for development, all while nurturing trust and mutual respect.

I am deeply grateful to my colleagues, mentors, friends, and family for their unwavering support throughout my career. It has been an incredible journey of meeting extraordinary people, achieving significant milestones, and savoring every moment.

My experience has not only shaped me as a dedicated leader but also as someone passionate about driving transformation and growth within the business community.

My Mission

I MAKE PEOPLE GREAT!!!

As a young man I watched my father train a fellow named Marko to paint, in 90 days he taught him a skill that an apprentice would not learn for years. Marko quit shortly after for a position with another company for more money. I ask my father why do you even bother teaching people.

My Father simply replied, that what I do, I teach them!
